Each piece of ME Jewelry is custom made in our Nashville studio. Your purchase will ship within two to four weeks (usually sooner!) of ordering unless you are notified otherwise.

Orders may take longer during peak times and holidays. If you are in a rush, please call us and we will do our best to get the order out sooner.

We hope you love your new ME jewelry! If for any reason you are not 100% happy, we will gladly accept pieces for exchange or store credit within 14 days when accompanied with a sales receipt.

After 14 days, all sales are final. Store credit is issued in the amount of the original purchase (excluding shipping) and is available for immediate use toward any item and does not expire.

We do not offer refunds since materials were specifically purchased to make your order.
