To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Returned pieces can be exchanged for store credit or something else in our
collection.

We do understand that sometimes, you would prefer a refund. There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: 1) if an item is not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error, 2) an item that is returned without notice more than 10 days after
delivery.
