To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn and unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at hello@armedjewels.com If your return is accepted, we’ll send you details on where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Customers are responsible for covering any associated postage or redelivery fees. The item must be returned in the original Armed Jewels box and protective packaging and show no signs of wear or use. We recommend shipping return orders via a registered post as Armed Jewels are not responsible for any lost, damaged or stolen parcels. Shipping and handling fees paid on initial orders are non-refundable.
