SHIPPING/DELIVERY

We ship our jewellery all over the globe directly from Malaysia, with international orders taking up to 10 business days to arrive. IMPORT DUTIES AND TAXES You are responsible for paying any import duties and taxes imposed by your home country's customs on the shipment.

RETURNS

TIMEFRAME We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return. CONDITION Your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging to be eligible for a return. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase. RETURN PROCESS To start a return, you can contact us at hello@qlassico.com. If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. SHIPPING You will be responsible for the shipping costs for returning the item unless the return is due to our error or manufacturing defect. We encourage you to use a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance as we do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item and will not be liable for lost or stolen packages. EXCHANGES If your request is approved, you can exchange the returned item for another item. We will charge you the difference if the new item is greater in value and refund you the balance if the new item is lower in value. REFUNDS If your refund request is approved, we will send you a refund on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it takes time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
